This notice explains how EVready® Energy (“EVready,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit evreadyenergy.com, use an on-site planning tool, book a strategy call, or send a message through our contact form. It is a practical description of what this site actually does — not a list of products or practices we do not run.
Who we are
EVready Energy provides EV charging strategy, certified installation, and energy management for commercial and public-sector organizations. We are based in Boston, Massachusetts, and serve organizations nationwide. For privacy questions, email hello@evreadyenergy.com.
Information you give us
You choose what to send. Typical examples:
- Contact form. Name, email, company or organization, organization type, and your message. That form is processed by Formspree so our team can receive it.
- Planning tools. Some calculators on this site ask for contact details if you want results emailed or a follow-up. Those submissions also go through Formspree.
- Strategy-call booking. If you use “Schedule a strategy call” or “Book a Meeting,” Google Calendar collects the details you enter to set the appointment.
We use that information to reply, schedule conversations, and keep a normal business record of the inquiry. We do not sell personal information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records technical details from your browser — for example pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location (city or region). That happens through the analytics listed below, not through a customer login. This site does not have user accounts.
Analytics and similar tools
Pages on this site include:
- Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag), which measures visits and how people use the site.
- Microsoft Clarity, which helps us see usability issues. Clarity may record session interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. Google Analytics on this site is typically loaded after you interact with the page or after a short idle delay, rather than immediately on first paint.
Some pages also load a Search Atlas script (served from dashboard.revrocket.agency) used for search and on-page optimization. That is not an advertising network pixel.
Other third parties you may meet on this site
- Google Fonts loads the typefaces used in the site chrome.
- Formspree receives contact and some tool-form submissions.
- Google Calendar processes appointment bookings when you use those links.
- Footer and social icons link to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. If you follow those links, those companies’ own policies apply.
We do not run a separate advertising or remarketing tag on these pages beyond the analytics named above.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages stay as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Analytics retention follows each provider’s settings. We do not keep a street-level mailing address for you unless you include one in a message you send us.
Your choices
- Email hello@evreadyenergy.com to ask what we have from an inquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete a message we do not need to keep.
- Use your browser controls to block or delete cookies.
- Use Google’s analytics opt-out tools if you prefer not to be included in Google Analytics measurement.
We will not ask you to create an account to read this site. Blocking cookies may limit our ability to understand site usage; it does not block the contact form.
Children
This site is written for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means the new notice applies to later visits.
